Chicken Soup

2 whole cooked organic chicken breasts (or 2 carcasses if you fillet your own chickens)
I cook them in the pressure cooker.

2 quarts broth saved from steaming vegetables
1# baby carrots.
1 bunch chopped celery
2 large chopped onions
1 tsp pepper
1 tblsp Mineral salt
1 tblsp dried basil
1 tblsp dried parsley
3-4 bay leaves
A pinch of thyme

This is my basic recipe. I often add (precooked) Lundberg Wildblend Rice. If you like noodles, they also go well. All ingredients are organic.
Cook until the flavors smell blended. Probably about 1 – 1 ½ hours will be enough.
