Easy Spelt Rolls

Mix together and let stand 10 minutes:
• ½ cups slightly warmer than fingertip water
• 1 Tblsp powdered yeast
• 1/3 cup organic raw sugar

Add and Mix well with mixer
• 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
• 1 ½ tsp mineral salt
• 2 ½ cups organic sprouted spelt flour

Let stand in bowl for 15 minutes.
Add enough more flour to make a soft dough. Dump onto floured counter and knead another 5 minutes.
Turn into oiled bowl to rise. Cover in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Punch and cut into 1/3 and 2/3, form dinner rolls with the 1/3 (Makes 8) then roll out the remainder and spread with melted butter, raw sugar , cinnamon and raisins. Roll into log roll and cut into 12 rolls. Place all in buttered pan.

Let rise in warm place about 40 minutes. (till about 1/2 larger than they shaped to be)
Melt ½ stick butter to gently brush on tops
Bake at 350 ONLY until the outside rolls start to brown, then remove to a cooling rack for 20 minutes and enjoy.
